Pediatric Dentistry (Advanced Education Program)

Two-Year Program

The Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry is an academically intense 24-month Advanced Education Program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association. It leads to the award of a Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and an optional Master of Science in Dentistry degree. Award of the Certificate requires completion of 51 semester credit hours and a Master of Science in Dentistry requires 53 semester credit hours for completion.

Master of Science in Dentistry Degree only

Annual schedules are published by the Program Director to include clinical rotations.

Written progress evaluations are completed each semester by the Program Director in consultation with the graduate faculty.
