The Registrar’s Office mission is to provide an efficient centralized student record system for all UTHealth Houston schools.

Services provided by the Registrar’s Office include processing applications for admission, issuance of transcripts, certifying student status, degree verification, Veteran’s Administration benefits verification and certification, Texas residency determination, and enrollment verification. The office, in conjunction with the Office of International Affairs, assists international students in maintaining their student status.

The office is located in the UTHealth Houston University Center Tower (UCT) room 2250 at 7000 Fannin, Houston, Texas 77030.
